The cost of rentals depends on the length of your trip. Please refer to our 2022/2023 Season Pricing for more information.

Our gear packages include a jacket, pants and boots. Please see our 2022/2023 Season Pricing for a la carte and gear details.

We encourage Try On Appointments with your kids! We are located in Kailua and currently working on a future town location. Please click on the Book Gear Fitting button located on the bottom right of your screen to set up your appointment.

We get it, messes happen. Your kids might spill hot chocolate on something during your trip. If your gear gets a stain, please spot clean as soon as possible. If you are unable to return the gear you rented because it is lost or damaged, you will be charged for the market value of the item that is no longer deemed rentable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details on stain treatment and damaged items.

Nope - just return the gear at the end of your trip and we will take care of washing and sanitizing everything.

All of our gear is cleaned and laundered after each use and we have a minimum of 7 days between rentals.

We offer Try On Appointments before you book to ensure that your kids are outfitted in the perfect size gear. In the event that they outgrow a size before leaving for their trip, please reach out to us at play@snowboundoutfitters.com and we will try our best to accommodate a size change.

Rental Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

If you cancel 45 or more days in advance of the rental date, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund issued to the payment card you used for the order.

If you cancel less than 45 days but more than 30 days in advance of the rental date, you will not receive any refund, but you will receive a full credit to your Snow Bound account for the rental fee associated with the cancelled order. This credit can be applied to any future Snow Bound rental.

If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 15 days in advance of the rental date, you will receive a credit to your Snow Bound account for half of your rental fee associated with the cancelled order. 

If you cancel less than 15 days in advance of the rental date, there will be no refund or credit due.
